When you browse

This website stores aggregate daily counts of page views, scroll milestones and selected button actions. These counts contain no visitor ID, session ID, contact details, IP address, browser fingerprint or browsing profile. No tracking cookie is set. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Aggregate counts are retained for up to 90 days.

When you submit an enquiry

We save the name, phone number, optional email, city, solar requirement and message you intentionally submit. Your enquiry is accessible to authorized Pride workspace users and the OrbitFlow owner. Anonymous browsing counts are not linked to your enquiry.

AI-assisted calling

AI calling is optional and requires the separate permission checkbox. If enabled, Sarvam provides the call voice and conversation service. The assistant identifies itself as AI. Written transcripts, notes, outcomes and follow-up requests are stored for up to 90 days; OrbitFlow does not fetch or store call audio recordings. You may ask the assistant or the team to stop calling.

Protection and service providers

OrbitFlow uses Cloudflare-hosted storage and role-based workspace access. A short-lived, salted network hash may be used separately for abuse prevention; it is not an analytics identity or attached to an enquiry. Provider credentials stay on the server. Google or ChatGPT sign-in is used for workspace access, not for visitors submitting enquiries.

Your choices

For access, correction, deletion or stopping contact, call the Pride team at +91 97559 58924. Enquiry records are retained while required to handle the requested conversation and can be removed by the team. Commercial quotations, subsidy eligibility and technical commitments are confirmed by a human.
